Property truth comes first
ListingVideoPro is designed to hold outputs that materially diverge from source media and to preserve visible disclosure evidence. These safeguards support — but do not replace — professional review or legal advice.
1. Where AI is used
ListingVideoPro uses third-party generative AI models to create camera motion and video frames from a user-provided property photo. The service then applies organization branding and AI disclosure through a separate, deterministic media-processing path.
The product does not authorize users to invent property features, remove defects, change views, add fixtures, or otherwise misrepresent the property. Generation instructions and outputs remain subject to the Terms of Service and applicable listing rules.
2. What the product makes visible
The product preserves a relationship between the source photo and generated output so authorized users can compare them during review. It records disclosure status, fidelity results, provider lineage, and review evidence with the generation.
- AI label: a visible disclosure is applied where required by product policy or applicable rules.
- Source comparison: the source photo and generated output can be reviewed together with fidelity evidence.
- Review hold: an output below the fidelity threshold is withheld for review instead of silently marked successful.
3. Limits of automated checks
Automated fidelity checks are risk controls, not guarantees. They may miss changes, flag acceptable motion, or be unable to assess a fact that is not visible in the source photo.
ListingVideoPro does not verify title, measurements, price, condition, habitability, fair-housing compliance, brokerage approval, MLS rules, licensing requirements, or every disclosure obligation.
4. User responsibilities
Users must have permission to use the source media and listing details; provide accurate property information; review every output before publication; keep required disclosures intact; and comply with brokerage, MLS, advertising, fair-housing, intellectual-property, and local real-estate rules.
Do not publish a video that creates a materially false impression of the property. If an output appears inaccurate, leave it unpublished and use the available review, report, or regeneration path.
5. California property media
ListingVideoPro defaults AI disclosure on for California listings as a product safety rule. Users remain responsible for determining whether an image or video is digitally altered under applicable law and for using the required wording in each publication channel.
When California law requires access to the original, unaltered image, the listing professional must ensure the published listing or linked public page clearly identifies and provides that access. Product evidence and share tools are intended to support this workflow, not replace the professional’s legal obligations.
6. Report a concern
A viewer, rights holder, brokerage, or listing professional can report suspected property misrepresentation, a missing AI disclosure, an intellectual-property concern, or misuse of personal information through the support channel published before launch.
ListingVideoPro may preserve relevant generation and account evidence, restrict sharing, suspend access, or take other proportionate action while a report is investigated.
Counsel review remains required
Operator identity, legal contact channels, jurisdiction-specific terms, and final launch wording must be approved before these drafts become effective.
