Privacy Policy

What ListingVideoPro collects, why it is used, where service providers help, and how people can exercise privacy choices.

Draft — counsel reviewProposed effective date: launch

Plain-language privacy draft

ListingVideoPro does not sell personal information for money. Counsel must confirm the final operator identity, request channels, jurisdiction-specific notices, and whether any analytics activity is treated as sharing under applicable law.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ListingVideoPro handles personal information when people visit the website, create or join an organization, upload listing media, generate videos, contact support, or otherwise use the service.

It does not cover third-party services that publish their own privacy policies or information an organization handles independently outside ListingVideoPro.

2. Information we collect

We collect information a person or organization provides, information created while using the product, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

  • Account and organization data, including names, email addresses, roles, region or state, authentication records, and organization membership.
  • Listing and media data, including property details, source photos, logos, taglines, generated videos, disclosure evidence, fidelity results, and review decisions.
  • Billing data, including Stripe customer, subscription, price, payment-status, invoice, and portal identifiers. ListingVideoPro does not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Operational data, including device and browser details, IP-derived security signals, service activity, error reports, rate-limit records, and support communications.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate users; provide organization workspaces; process uploads, generations, branding, disclosure, fidelity checks, exports, payments, and refunds; send service messages; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose failures; support users; comply with law; and improve reliability and safety.

We do not use customer listing photos or generated videos to train a ListingVideoPro foundation model. Third-party model providers process media under their own service terms and configured data-handling commitments.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Service providers receive information only for their assigned role. Current categories and providers include Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, fal.ai, Stripe, Resend, Upstash, and Sentry for hosting, databases, object storage and delivery, AI generation, payments, email, rate limiting, and error monitoring.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections, or when an authorized user directs us to do so.

ListingVideoPro does not sell personal information for money. The final counsel-reviewed policy will describe any legally defined “sharing,” opt-out mechanism, or jurisdiction-specific disclosure that applies to configured analytics or advertising tools.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, preserve compliance and security evidence, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and account status.

Deletion requests may be limited where information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, financial records, legal claims, or other lawful purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before aging out.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including authenticated access, organization scoping, signed upload and webhook flows, restricted service credentials, and monitoring. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Contact the published security or support channel if you believe an account or ListingVideoPro data has been compromised.

7. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information; information about collection and disclosures; restriction or objection to certain processing; or an appeal of a privacy decision.

We will verify requests and may ask an authorized agent for proof of authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right. The final policy will identify the legal/privacy request channel before launch.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies and similar storage support sign-in, security, locale, organization selection, and core product functions. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, must follow the choices described in the Cookie Policy and applicable consent requirements.

Browser controls can limit cookies, but blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

9. Children and international processing

ListingVideoPro is a professional service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children’s personal information unless it is lawful, necessary for authorized listing media, and supported by all required permissions.

Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations. Where required, the final policy and provider agreements will address lawful transfer safeguards.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will receive notice appropriate to the change before they take effect when required.

This preview intentionally leaves the legal operator, mailing address, and privacy inbox pending counsel confirmation. Those details must be published before launch.

Counsel review remains required

Operator identity, legal contact channels, jurisdiction-specific terms, and final launch wording must be approved before these drafts become effective.
