Terms of Service

ListingVideoPro helps real-estate professionals turn authorized property photos into branded, AI-assisted listing videos. The service includes generation, visible disclosure controls, source-photo comparison, fidelity checks, review holds, exports, and related account tools.

These Terms apply to the ListingVideoPro website, applications, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you are authorized to represent.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and organization unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Organization owners and administrators control membership, billing, and shared assets. You must have authority to invite users and act for the organization you select.

You retain your rights in listing details, source photos, logos, audio, and other material you upload. You grant ListingVideoPro and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service.

You represent that you have the rights, releases, and permissions needed to upload the material and create, use, and distribute the requested output. Do not upload confidential, infringing, unlawful, or improperly obtained material.

AI-generated media can be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually misleading. ListingVideoPro uses automated fidelity checks and can hold an output for review, but no automated system can verify every property fact, legal requirement, MLS rule, brokerage policy, or advertising standard.

A qualified listing professional must review every output against the property and source media before publication. You may not publish an output that materially misrepresents the property or remove a disclosure that the service applies.

Paid plans renew on the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Subscription credits reset according to the active plan cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credits do not expire at the end of a plan cycle and are spent after subscription credits.

A generation is debited only after the generation provider accepts the request. ListingVideoPro restores the original credit bucket when a generation fails or is withheld for a fidelity review under the product refund policy. Except where these Terms or applicable law require otherwise, fees are nonrefundable.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals as shown in the billing portal. Unused subscription credits expire when the subscription ends; eligible top-up credits remain associated with the organization account.

You may not use the service to deceive viewers about a property, discriminate unlawfully, violate fair-housing or advertising rules, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, probe security controls, overload the service, resell access without permission, or evade plan limits.

You may not obscure or remove required AI disclosures, fidelity warnings, or review holds. We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant evidence as permitted by law.

You may stop using the service or cancel a paid plan through the available account tools. ListingVideoPro may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or conduct that threatens users, the service, or third parties.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including payment obligations, content permissions already needed to complete authorized processing, disclaimers, liability terms, and dispute provisions.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the final counsel-reviewed Terms will state applicable warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity obligations, dispute procedures, governing law, change notices, assignment rules, severability, and the complete agreement.

This preview intentionally does not invent the operator’s legal entity, governing jurisdiction, mailing address, or legal notice inbox. Those details must be approved before the Terms are used for launch.
